Protected Trust Deeds
A Protected Trust Deed (PTD) - also known as a Scottish Trust Deed is only available in Scotland, and is similar to an IVA (individual Voluntary Arrangement). Under a Protected Trust Deed, you repay your debt over a specified period of time, based on what you can afford. Once the specified period is over, any remaining debt is written off.
Not everyone qualifies for a Protected Trust Deed - complete your details and we will contact you back - on a no-obligation basis - to discuss your options.
